Ipswich Town have agreed a €20m deal to sign Abdoul Ouattara from RC Strasbourg, with the Ivorian right-back set to join the Tractor Boys on a five-year contract. The 23-year-old has played 62 matches for RC Strasbourg, operating on both sides of the defence and their attack, as well as right and left wing-backs. He has also played as a midfielder.

Abdoul Ouattara is edging closer to completing a move to Ipswich Town, hours after Julio Enciso reached an agreement with the Premier League side. The Paraguay international will join on a permanent transfer and has travelled to carry out his Ipswich Town medical.
